2. Booking Policy

• Rentals are subject to availability.

• Booking times must be followed strictly.

3. Included in Rental

Each rental may include:

• PickleBot Machine

• 50 Training Balls

• Ball Picker / Retriever

• Charger and Accessories (if applicable)

4. User Responsibilities

The renter agrees to:

• Handle the machine carefully

• Use the machine only for pickleball training

• Return all included items in good condition

• Avoid misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications

5. Damage or Loss

Customers may be charged for:

• Damaged equipment

• Missing balls or accessories

• Lost machine components

• Excessive misuse beyond normal wear and tear

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made before the scheduled rental time.

• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing.

• No-shows may not be refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

PickleBot Machine Rental is not responsible for:

• Injuries during equipment use

• Improper operation by customers

• Indirect damages or losses

Users operate the equipment at their own risk.

8. Service Availability
